Website Design Services
Through a partnership with a professional website design firm with 10 years of business website design experience, we are able to provide our clients with a website and hosting for their new business. The website will be based on one of several website templates, unless you would prefer to order a custom-built website uniquely designed for your business. Please note that Flash templates and custom-built websites are not included in your package and will incur extra fees.
Your website will be informative, easy to navigate, and pleasing to the eye. We have already prepared the core text for each page of the site so you don't have to. When your site is set up, the text is customized with your business information and pricing. One year of hosting is included, along with monthly updating of your website as needed. Your hosting package is $150.00 per year (only $12.50 per month). If we procure your domain name(s) for you with the hosting account, then you will receive 1 domain name FREE.
Website Design
Personalized template: You will have your choice of our website templates. The template you select will be customized to compliment your logo.
The template colors and menu item names can be changed, but the design and layout will remain the same.
Standard Website Template Package: consists of 8-10 pages, 3 standard forms, rotating images in header or on home page, standard maid service related images on various pages, and optional standard images that include gift certificates and satisfaction guarantee.
Deluxe Website Template Package: consists of all the features of our Standard Package, plus additional pages, extra forms, additional/alternate images, and custom graphics.
With any website, you can purchase extras such as a customized Flash (animated) header, Zip Code Search, etc.
Our designer will create a 1-page composite for you to review (an image of your website design). Your website will be built after receiving your feedback from the composite and making requested changes.
After your website has been developed, you will be sent a link so you can review it online and make any necessary changes/corrections before going live. Once you have given your approval, we will place your website on your hosting server so it will be up and running!
Website Updating
1 year of updating is included. You will work with our website designer to keep the information on your website correct and up to date.
Alterations or additions outside the scope of standard updating will incur additional fees.
Website Hosting
1 year of hosting is included. Your website will be hosted on our reliable server. Our hosting package includes email accounts and standard maintenance and support. We can get your domain name(s) for you or you can get your own. Get a Domain Name ›
Email
Up to 5 email boxes can be created off of your domain. We can also forward any address off of your domain to another existing email address.
Domain Name Setup
If we order your domain name(s) for you with your hosting account, you will receive 1 domain name FREE with your hosting package. If you elect to order your own domain name(s), you have the option of using our domain provider or the provider of your choice.
We will take care of setting up your hosting account, including email accounts and email forwards.
Future Fees
After your initial year is up, your hosting package is a low $150.00 per year ($12.50 per month) and includes 5 monthly text updates and 5 monthly photo/image updates if needed.
Other alterations or additions will incur additional fees.
Custom Features
Do you want a Flash (animated) Header, Zip Code Search, Custom Graphics, Custom Photo Gallery, or extra forms? You can get these custom features and more whether you use a template or have a custom built website. Custom features are NOT included in any of our packages and the fees are in addition to package fees.
