How Much Will I Pay The House-Cleaners?

EARNING POTENTIAL FOR A HOUSE-CLEANER - Approximately fifty percent of the fees you charge your customers will be paid back to the house-cleaners. The average price in the U.S. to clean a three bedroom/two bath home is $80 to $120.

Following our system, and with proper training, our house-cleaners can clean the average home in approximately 3 to 4 hours. It usually takes longer to clean a house the first time so we would charge more. If we were cleaning the same house (3bed/2bath) every week or every other week, we would charge approximately $100 each visit.

As you can see from the examples above, the house cleaners have above average earning potential. Other cleaning services pay their maids $7.00 to $9.00 per hour. We can pay our house cleaners more because of the way our business system is structured. Since we do not operate using the "speed cleaning/team concept" we do not have the high overhead associated with managing teams.
