These figures are based on regularly scheduled house cleaning’s.  They do not reflect the income potential from additional add-on sales from other services you will most likely offer such as: spring cleaning’s, the inside of appliances, window washing, move-in/move-outs, new construction cleaning, property maintenance, small office cleaning and professional floor care.

Rapid Rate of Return on Investment
Many of our clients obtain sales in excess of $100,000 their first year in business. Here are the facts. The average house will cost between $80 and $120 to clean. If your house cleaning business only cleaned six houses a day at a cost of $100 per home, your business would generate approximately $3,000 a week. If you were open fifty weeks out of the year, your gross receipts would be more than $150,000.
