Tammy Spivey - National Director of Consulting and Support

Tammy specializes in providing coaching to new and existing business owners in the residential cleaning industry. She has been working in the cleaning industry since her parents launched their first maid service in 1977. Almost 35 years later, Tammy has helped launch hundred’s of maid services throughout the U.S., Canada, Caribbean, Australia and recently the Philippines. Maid Services of America is well known for having developed the most widely used training program on how to build a cleaning business utilizing the services of Independent Contractors. Tammy has developed such in depth knowledge in this area that she is considered an expert with regard to legal issues pertaining to operating a cleaning business with Independent Contractors.
 

Renee Andrews - Owner Cleaning Maid Easy

Renee opened Cleaning Maid Easy in 1998. Maid Services of America provided the coaching and support that Renee needed to successfully launch her business. Several years later Renee moved her business out of her home and into the Maid Services of America office so that she could become part of the Maid Services of America team and use her experience to help others grow a successful cleaning business.
 

Jennifer Nelson - Support- Administrative

Jennifer has grown up around the cleaning industry her entire life. Her grandparents launched their first cleaning business called Maids-on-Call in 1977. Jennifer was born two years later. She has been answering telephones and providing administrative support for the past 5 years.


 

Deb Rhoades - Details by Deborah - Cleaning DVD’s

Deborah got her start in the house cleaning industry when she accepted a post construction clean-up. This lead to cleaning private homes and she discovered a need for skilled House Cleaners. Having a talent for the "details" that made her cleaning style superior, she started her own company, Details by Deborah. Employing six people, she offered private home and janitorial cleaning, as well as window and gutter cleaning. In 2007 she sold her business and developed The Guide to Professional Housecleaning DVD’s. Her comprehensive DVD’s teaches the "details that make the difference".
 

Kim Baker - Website and Logo Design

Kim Baker loves website design and has both a gift and a passion for the entire creative process. For years she dreamed of owning her own business so she could work from home and have more time for her family. She has an Associates Degree in Graphic Design and Multimedia and a Bachelor Degree in Web Design and Multimedia. While attending college Kim consistently maintained a 4.0 GPA and was renamed to the Dean’s List each term.

Kim’s college experience provided her with the advanced skills and confidence she needed to launch her graphic and web design business, Baker Concepts. Kim Baker is not your average designer. She has been working with Maid Services of America since 2007. She has created dozens of beautiful sites for Maid Services of America clients in several countries. Kim never hesitates to go the extra mile for our client’s which is why we enjoy working with her!

Mark Morris - Website and Logo Design
 

Mark started working with Maid Services of America in 2010. We were immediately impressed with Mark’s enthusiasm and willingness to take the Maid Services of America website design department in a new and exciting direction. Mark enjoys the process of applying the latest techniques in web design to new websites he creates. He wants the client to be able to take advantage of the latest technology available.
Mark has a degree in Business Management and followed career this path because he saw it as an opportunity to grow a business he loves while still providing him with the opportunity to spend more time with his wife and growing family. Mark says that his family is his motivation for wanting to be his best. He enjoys playing soccer, watching movies and spend time with the family.

 

Mark Smith -Training - Blind Cleaning and Repair

Mark Smith has been working with his family in both the maid service and the blind cleaning business for almost 30 years. Currently Mark is in charge of training new clients in the methods used to clean and repair blinds. He has been operating a mobile blind cleaning business for more than 10 years.
 

Alfred and Theresa Asano - Founders

Al and Theresa launched their first cleaning business in Tampa, Florida in 1977. It was called Maids-On-Call. The cleaning business went on to become the second franchise offering in the residential cleaning industry, paving the way for several others that followed. Theresa decided that franchising was not the path she wanted to follow and developed the first national training program for people who wanted to start a cleaning business and not be a franchise. She is the “original” maid service coach! Al Asano was recently a recipient of a new heart and he and Theresa now spend most of their time mentoring other people who are waiting for a heart transplant and dealing with other serious health issues. They are in the process of writing two books and enjoy coming by the office every time new clients come in for hands-on training.
